Buying & Selling Real Estate is a Group Effort

Regardless of what side of the table you’re sitting on, buyer or seller, a typical real estate transaction requires a group of people working toward a common goal. The Goal; a successful close of escrow with all parties happy with the results. The Group; the Realtors (one for the buyer & one for the seller), the lender, the title agent, the home inspector/s and the appraiser, just to name a few. If any one part of the Group drops the ball the whole transaction runs a foul and the close is jeopardized.
It isn’t pleasant to learn your sale/purchase isn’t going to close on time when you’ve scheduled time off of work and scheduled a moving company, most of which charge by the day for delays. Like they say, “One bad apple spoils the bunch.” Be sure your team knows how to play ball.
